- How can I return an item purchased from procurepoint.in?
The purchaser can conveniently place the return request if he/she received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. To return a product, the purchaser can follow the return step or can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at our helpline number - +91-040 66494900. Upon receiving the request, our Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform the purchaser about the pickup process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with procurepoint.in and cannot be contested.
- When and on what terms purchaser can return the shipment?
We are committed to make the purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible. We allow the return of products for 5 days after delivery in all the following cases:
- Product is defective, used, altered or seal of package is broken.
- Physical damage to the box or to the product.
- The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing.
- Significantly different from the specifications given by the vendor.
The purchase can be cancelled online any time before it gets dispatched. The order can be cancelled giving the following reasons:
- Order is placed by mistake.
- Change my mind, want to order later.
- Expected delivery date has changed and the product is arriving at a later date.
- The price of the product has fallen due to sales/discounts and customer wants to get it at a lesser
- Change in delivery address, non deliverable pincode.
- Recipient not available at the estimated time/day of delivery.
- Seller not able to entertain some request.
- EMI not being applied for CC payment.
- Cash not available for COD.
- Change in delayed delivery not entertained by seller.
The purchaser has to ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition with no seal is broken.
In case of purchase of any chemical available on website, purchaser shall ensure the test of the said chemical for its quality and his/her requirement with the sample provided on his/her request before placing the an order. The website shall not be liable for wrong delivery of the product which has not been deemed necessary to be tested by the purchaser beforehand. If the purchaser is not satisfied with the quality or have any issues with regards to the quantity, he/she can contact our customer care team (contact details provided on website) which will ensure to resolve the issue at the earliest.
procurepoint.in reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion:
- For products that are listed at an incorrect price.
- Under a situation where we may not be able to meet the requirements of the order placed.
- Order so placed/cancelled does not comply with procurepoint.in policy.
- In cases of goods unavailability or service problem.
- If the product sent for replacement/ damaged is not available (procurepoint.in will try to give possible alternatives for the user(s) to select and if not acceptable then refund will be made).
- If product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products.
- The delivery address is out-side the service area.
- For any other reason deemed correct by the website.
Once the purchaser requests for cancellation of the order, it may take a maximum of 1-2 business days to reflect the cancellation the order. The same will be notified to the purchaser by email and SMS given him/her at the time of making the purchase. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. We reserve the right of acceptance of the cancellation. The entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of order to the payment mode used to make the payment or to the option chosen by the Purchaser at the time of cancellation. Refund shall be made of the invoice amount on account of return/cancellation of the purchase. The refund may carry deductions of delivery charges/bank charges if any. Refunds shall not apply in case the item/product purchased by the customer comes under the category of non-refundable/nonreturnable products. Purchaser is advised to go through the terms and conditions/option for refund/return at the time of the purchase.
The delivery shall be in accordance with the delivery period mentioned at the time of purchase which may vary more or less 4-6 days for the liable reasons mentioned in terms & conditions. The purchaser in that case shall be intimated through SMS/email provided by him/her at the time of purchase.
