Canceling/Changing Orders:
Orders can be canceled by canceling order options on the website. The order cannot be canceled once the product is dispatched however, on receiving of the product, the customer can return the product in its original condition with a valid reason.
Delivery Rules:
Delivery information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made please call customer care or mail us for an update. Keep the order ready before the call to help our customer care executive to assist you for the same.
Wholesale Orders:
We can supply large quantities of any product as per the delivery time mentioned while placing the order. Customers can contact us via email for quotations and offers for the same.
Purchase Orders:
Petroindia accepts requests for purchase orders from individual customers /companies (Proprietors, LLP private limited, public limited), manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, etc. The Purchase Order can be submitted online or can be mailed to us at info@dugargroup.net. Apart from quantity, price, and amount, the purchase order should include Company name, Delivery Address, Billing Address, Contact Details, Mail id, GST no. It should be signed by an authorised person with the company seal. The processing time for Purchase Order will be intimated via mail. It may vary on account of the availability of products and location.
